Why did I create this template?

The excitement of the New Year is extraordinary. The second semester of the school year is also approaching; Therefore, I decided to create a template that includes tools to use to organize schoolwork. Below includes additional templates to focus on one's well-being. I view this template as a motivational tool so that people can use this and feel more confident about their plans.

What's inside the template?

The very beginning includes a to-do list, in which is the most common way of getting things done. I decided to include it in the beginning so that people can easily access it. Surrounded by the to-do list includes a series of images and widgets to fit in with the theme and aesthetic of it. The second section includes a weekly plan for people to organize what they need to do for the week. Surrounded by two images include class module timelines and an assignment tracker to see the status of any tasks and when they need to be completed. The very bottom includes three additional templates: schedule, journal, and a 2023 vision board. The schedule has a full database and includes a more in-depth description of tasks/assignments that need to be completed, each assignment including what type of task is it (test, quiz, homework, etc.). The journal includes different pages and what category does earn journal goes into (daily, special event, planning, work, and personal). The 2023 vision board lists different goals to accomplish, what to avoid, and how to approach to those goals. Below includes different affirmations and a daily routine within hours. 

How to use the template?

Most aspects of the template are used to get things done.

To-do list: Checks off any reminders, assignments, and tasks.

Weekly Schedule/Weekend Plans: Overall summary on each day of the week.

Upcoming Stuff: database of tasks’ status, name, and date.

Classes: database gallery of each classes. Each section/class includes a general information of the course, instructors name, and their email. it also includes a timeline view to organize different assignments, modules, exams, etc. The final part includes a mini database inline which lists the status, name, and type of an assignment for assigned course.

Extra Templates

Schedule: Full Database of each course subject, due date, what type of assignment it is, and the assignment name for a more in-depth look on tasks.

Journal: different journal names are already listed for the user to get an idea in how it works. There are different types of journals to differentiate the topics (daily, special event, planning, work, school, personal).

What are the benefits of the template?

Like already mentioned, this template includes three additional templates. It's an excellent preparation for the new semester as well as the new year in general. By making this visually aesthetic, this can be eye-catching for users and may want to use the template more.
