Why did I create this template?
To create a simple way to both plan a weekly exercise routine and view progress over time with each individual exercise.
What's inside the template?
This templates is centred around planning individual exercises over a week and tracking your progress in them over time.
This template has 90 exercises already included as well as the ability to add more cardio, weighted and bodyweight exercises of your own choosing using pre-set templates for each exercise type. These templates can also be edited to track information important to you.
You can view your week in a calendar view and view all of your exercises as cards.
There is also a How-To section to help you navigate the template and a Music section so you can keep your favourite Spotify playlists to hand!
How to use the template?
To plan your week, you date each exercise you are going to be doing (e.g, bench press, incline bench press, dips on Monday and a run on Tuesday).
Next, you record the stats of each set/session (e.g., reps, rest time, distance, etc.) in a table that contains all of your previous stats. This allows you to see how you have progressed over time.
Any exercises that arenβt currently included can be added using the pre-set exercise templates. There is one for weighted exercises, bodyweight exercises and cardio exercises. Similarly, you can edit these templates to change the information that you record.
