Why did I create this template?

The Digital Business Model Canvas is an improved version of the traditional BMC for remote teams, designed to be used use within Notion. It provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing and developing business models, helping entrepreneurs and organizations to effectively discover, plan and execute their strategies incrementally, everything in one place. 

What's inside the template?

The system is divided in 10 DBs and divided in 2 phases: 

• Research: section designed diverge and gather data and information from customers, users, competitors and other stakeholders: • Interviews: store, track, and review all your interactions with stakeholders• Insights: collect data and information that feed your project knowledge• Ideas: elaborate new outputs from previous insights in brainstorming workshops• Threads: track all relevant discussions and decisions made with your team• Benchmark: analyze competitors, platforms, and other items
• Definition: section intended to converge and frame specific questions to resolve with the research made: • Business model define all dimensions of the new venture business• Business plan write the ongoing pitch to share and showcase to stakeholders• Experiments use this DB as projects or milestones needed to reach the business objectives• Tasks detail what needs to get done to achieve experiments results and learn• Lean use it as another way to relate business items with a problem-solution framework

How to use the template?

Just duplicate and start generating content with your team. Use the page upper properties to setup verified pages and owners to distribute work remotely and asynchronously.
