Why did I create this template?

We've worked with clients for 15 years and wanted to put all of our ideas, frameworks and tools together into a single template so other startups can benefit from it as well. 

What's inside the template?

You will find three sections. First, tools for running your day-to-day operations, meeting agendas, important event tracking etc. Next, you'll go through the 10 steps every successful go-to-market plan needs. Then you'll capture what you discovered and decided on in the third section where you'll organize your strategies and tactics. 

How to use the template?

Assemble your team and start using our meeting agenda. During those meetings go through each of the 10 steps for your GTM plan.
