Why did I create this template?

I help founders and decision-makers with structure and guidance to take their business ideas from 0 → 1 ⚡️

One of my favorite frameworks to use for goal setting is a framework by American author Zig Ziglar. He described this renowned 7-step goal-setting framework in his pivotal book, Born to Win.

What's inside the template?

Ziglar’s method has been a game-changer for countless entrepreneurs and business leaders that I have worked it. It has helped them crystalize their visions and execute their strategies in a structured way. 

His 7-steps explained:

1. Identify and Define Your Objective:Setting a clear, specific goal is your starting point.

2. What Will You Gain?List the personal and professional benefits that will drive your journey.

3. Identify Potential Roadblocks:Foreseeing challenges allows you to prepare and overcome them.

6. Formulate a Detailed Action Plan:Your action plan is your roadmap—make sure it's comprehensive.
