Why did I create this template?

I created this template to help people manage their sports schedule well.
What's inside the template?
Workout Schedule -> In this section, you can create your workout schedule. You can add different exercises for training particular parts of your body or for targeting muscles selectively.
Workout Log -> You can use this calendar section to decide which muscles/body parts you will be working on. Use the calendar to plan in advance and use it as a reminder.
How to use the template?
Click "Duplicate" on the top right corner of your notion to duplicate it to your workspace. If you're on mobile, click on the 3 dots menu to show the duplicate option.
I have also included video tutorials inside the template so you don't have any trouble with onboarding and setting it up the way you want to!
