Why did I create this template?

I created this template to help anyone journal like a Stoic. It is a great tool for self improvement because it helps you become more disciplined and find joy and fulfillment in everyday life. 

What's inside the template?

The template contains 5 prompts for daily journaling. Each morning you can fill in the Morning Preparation journal, and each night you can fill in the Nightly Reflections journal. It also offers a daily view to quickly see your day's journal entries, and a calendar view to track your journaling over time.

How to use the template?

Simply follow the explanations for each prompt. They have been carefully selected to provide a quick and easy journaling experience so it doesn't feel like a chore. The Stoic journal is not meant to be a place for all your thoughts, but helps you focus on improving yourself each day.
